Upon submitting your profile, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Your resumé is reviewed by the recruiter supporting the position. In most cases, after a recruiter reviews your resume and determines you are a fit for a position, the recruiter will contact you and conduct a phone interview. (You will be notified if you are not moving forward in the process.)
If the recruiter determines you are qualified to continue in the process, in most situations, the hiring manager will conduct a phone interview or video interview.(You will be notified if you are not moving forward in the process)

After a successful phone interview and/ or video interview with the hiring manager, you may be invited to an on-site interview. During an on-site interview, you will meet with the hiring manager, other members of their team, and potentially other cross functional employees.Occasionally, a second on-site interview will be required.
Some positions will require you to take a written assessment. These positions include skilled craft positions and some logistics and sales positions.
Upon completion of on-site interviews with candidates, the recruiter will make an offer to the chosen candidate. Offers are made pending a background check and drug screening.(Candidates not receiving an offer will be notified.)
