AVS PTA strives to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. It is run by parent volunteers, teacher volunteers & school board members. We gather every other month to organize and facilitate events both during and after school hours that serve to enrich our children’s educational experiences and build a stronger community. The main role is to build strong working relationships among parents, teachers and schools, in support of students.

Would you like to make your AVS student’s birthday even more special? Order a Birthday Gram! The birthday child will receive a special birthday card and a goodie bag. Summer birthday? Why not send a 1/2 birthday surprise!
Cost: $6 per child
All are customized to the child’s age level (even Middle School!)
If your child’s birthday fall on a weekend, holiday, or vacation, it will be given on the last school day before their birthday, unless otherwise requested.
